Our target participants: * Teachers (infancy, special aid), * Teacher’s Instructor, Education Experts, Infancy Counsellors * Inspectors, Directors, Managers, Educational Supervisor * Psychopedagogist
Course’s Goals  •	Gain knowledge of models and interventions activated by European community for formative success; •	Gather and analyse teaching/learning techniques to encourage children’s formative success; •	Compare educational methods used to develop attitudes interests and potentialities of students; •	Analyse students’ educational problems with “a more qualified didactics action” and a “better teacher/children family relationship for the realization of a customized formative pact”; •	learn methods to increase self confidence , motivation, identity, empowerment of students; •	create a practice community made of network experts capable of realizing psycho pedagogical, social and cultural, technical and formative projects within school they work in; •	Share educational experience and experimental methods on the basis of what learned during the course;  •	Design formative path of didactics and educational continuity. Course Title Certificate of “Expert in the Development of Strategies to Encourage Formative Success” Course Period:  200 hours (40 hours in class, 50 hours of e-learning, 60 hours of stage, 50 hours of formative path’s documentation) Course Fee:    500,00 € (Books and lecture notes included)
