Course’s Goals - Develop the ability to manage and organize the service and those who work there on the basis of quality; - Develop scientific ability with in educational area; - Develop knowledge, skills and dexterity to sketch, accomplish and evaluate plan, programs and psycho-pedagogical strategies with in an evolving formative context, by considering the needs of the environment and country’s social and educational reality; - Know how to identify the needs of users and of those who work in the school institution; - Develop the ability of optimizing available resources according to the analyse of school institution’s training service quality; - Improve school service’s quality.
