Course’s Goals - Know how to develop conscience and empathy as principal processes for children’s growth; - Operate efficiently in hard situation with students of the scholastic and educational institute you work in; - Apply specific ability, personal skills and counsellor communicative strategies to activate and reorder individual student’s resources in order to make choices and exchanges in situation that he feels as disturbing; - Give a valid support in all those situation in which one have to take decisions and make choices; - Make documented researches as support for the elaboration and planning of orientation activities; - distribute different kinds of test useful to the orientation; - Evaluate both test and oral results; - Plan, schedule  and organize orientation activities both in school and work contexts; - Handle logistical and organizational aspects of the activities; - Handle orientation interviews; - Control your own work (in progress and afterwards) to adapt and calibrate different activities on the base of specific requests of context and users. Course Title Certificate of “Expert in School Orientation and Counseling” Course Period:  300 hours (60 hours in class, 80 hours of e-learning, 80 hours of stage, 80 hours of formative path’s documentation) Course Fee:    500,00 € (Books and lecture notes included)
The course wants to develop and enhance professional skills to supply information, support and stimulate resources of students and their family, so to facilitate behaviours that will improve adaptability in awkward situation; capable of giving a considerable support in all those situation where it is needed to take decisions and make choices; that know how to handle orientation activities for the students.
