After the realization of the project "Making School", leaders and school workers in the province of Caserta feel the need of moving from a situation of "Province Laboratory" to a "Provincial Laboratory", which realizes a continuing education activities of educational staff and prepare a reference to the organic structure of educational innovation in the context of the reorganization of school cycles. The training course will include, therefore, the systematic qualification and professional specialization of teachers through the consolidation of the course in question and a permanent and extensive experimentation methodological-didacticthat combines the autonomy of schools with scientific rigor to adequately respond to the quality standards in the recovery and methodological-disciplinary research, and prevent early school leaving. The essential objectives of the course "FROM THE PROVINCE LABORATORY  to the PROVINCIAL LABORATORY" are built on teaching professionalism: 1) understanding of the psycho-cognitive and socio-relational pupils aged 3 to 18 years; 2) construction of educational strategies for school-based intervention on psycho-pedagogical assumptions made by teachers; 3) independent planning, shared collegially, characterized by different educational styles and from different socio-cultural contexts of school units; 4) verification of results through publications of the data, comparing experiences, and impact assessment of products with the territory; 5) planning and development of a system of quality educational institution.
