With the entry into force of School Autonomy, schools become responsible for the valorization of human and professional resources of teachers, through training activities, updating, programming and documentation of experiments and research in teaching and education, in collaboration with Universities, with public and private entities, with the social-economic and cultural forces of the territory in which they work.In this context it is essential to create a network of schools, linked by a common training and methodology path, with the feature to become pilot Schools CERS (Centre for Educational Research and Experimentation) able to coordinate the activities and school documents made at district and provincial level, in order to identify the needs of the school population and to optimize the resources available based on the analysis on the quality of the educational service of schools. Therefore, the Community of Pilot Schools CERS has the aim of promoting the creation of schools networks in so as to constitute a "socio-educational community " and enhance the quality and productivity of educational service. The growth of quality in schools is done through the implementation and coordination of school educational projects and programs of educational continuity between schools, within the legislation on education. The educational project of the institution must be made within of a system of shared values and carried out by the social community.
